Job description

Position:Financial Analyst - Global Components FP&A
Job Description:

What You’ll Be Doing: 

  • P & L Analysis: Conduct independent analysis and interpretation of the business unit P & L and its components when requested by Finance leadership or Business. 

  • Reporting: Produces business unit reports indicating analysis and understanding of business trends, offering useful business insights/conclusions. 

  • Planning and Forecasting: Understand the various elements of the P & L and B/S and their relationship and provide detailed analysis of the data to the business unit leaders. 

  • Executive Meeting Prep and Leadership: Assist in the preparation of Executive- level presentations and meetings, such as quarterly business reviews, and engage with Senior leadership in understanding and representing the financial metrics and results.

What We Are Looking For: 

  • Typically requires a 4 year degree and a minimum of 3 years of related experience; or an advanced degree without experience; or equivalent work experience.

  • Incumbent has knowledge and experience in own discipline and may still be acquiring higher level knowledge and skills.  

  • Incumbent builds knowledge of the organization, processes and customers solves a range of straightforward problems, and analyzes possible solutions using standard procedures.  A moderate level of guidance and direction is provided.

  • Incumbent has extensive knowledge and experience in own discipline, possesses strong knowledge of the organization, processes and customers, solves a range of complex problems, and analyzes possible solutions using standard procedures.  Limited guidance and direction is provided.

  • Advanced Excel skills.

  • HFM or One Stream experience preferred.

  • Experience with Macros/VBA or Power BI/Power Query is a plus.

Work Arrangement:

  • Hybrid: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday required office days for Panorama Office site; Monday, Friday-work from home.

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:
$80,100.00 - $90,000.00

Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
