Job description

Facility / Property Control Tech
Ops Tech Alliance is seeking a well-qualified candidate to serve as the Facility / Property Control Tech for role player services in Brunswick, GA. The Facility / Property Control Tech assists in the coordination, maintenance, and accounting for all uniforms, equipment, and property in support of more than 400 roleplaying personnel. This position is full time from 3PM to 11PM.  
Key Responsibilities 

  • Inventory control for all uniforms, equipment, and property in support of roleplaying personnel
  • Store, organize, and ensure repairs for all uniforms and props for all active training scenarios
  • Assist in delivery of materials and supplies to training sites in coordination with PM and APM.
  • Coordinate vehicles used to support the training exercises
  • Other actions as directed by the Facility / Property Control Lead or the Project Manager.
  • Ensure on-site Facility and Property control coverage during normal duty hours Monday through Friday, some weekends might be required.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years experience providing logistics support
  • Must possess keen leadership skills as well as outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • U.S. Citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident, living in U.S. for over 3 years.
  • Valid U.S. REAL ID driver’s license.
  • Experience with MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel) as well as Adobe 
  • Ability to reliably report for scheduled assignments.
  • Strong communication and listening skills.
  • Ability to follow instructions and adapt in real time.
  • Ability to successfully complete a background check and pre-employment drug screen.

  • Previous experience working role player support for large training organizations
