Interim HealthCare is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team for a patient in Milford, New Hampshire. The Registered Nurse (RN) will provide one-on-one care to a young female patient with Cerebral Palsy in their home, assisting with daily activities and providing professional medical care with g-tube, trach care, kyphosis, and seizure precautions.
 
Pay Rate: Registered Nurse (RN) $40.00/HR
Hours:10 hour shifts, 7am-5pm 
 
Responsibilities:
  • Provide skilled nursing care to the patient, including medication administration, general care, and patient monitoring.
  • Communicate with the patient's healthcare team, including the physician, nurse practitioner, and case manager as needed.
  • Provide emotional support and comfort to the patient.
