Shores of Worthington is looking to hire Registered Nurses to become a part of our team! Various shifts are available.

The responsibilities of the Registered Nurse include but are not limited to:

  • Providing direct patient care following state, federal, and facility guidelines
  • Supervising CNAs
  • Administering medication
  • Wound treatment and care
  • Provide general nursing care to patients in accordance with the facility nursing policy and procedure
  • Addressing problems identified in the patient care plan for nurse review

Qualifications & skills of Registered Nurse

  • A valid and active RN license from the state of Minnesota
  • An associate or bachelor's degree in nursing
  • Experience in supervising and/or management
  • Familiarity with healthcare facility policies, procedures, and protocols is important for a charge nurse
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks, coordinate patient care, and ensure smooth operations in their unit
  • Ability to negotiate and interact effectively with staff, patients, families, and professional/regulatory agents
