This is a Part-Time/PRN position. One current client in Kearns requires daily medication administration visits of less than one hour, paid at $60 per visit. The RN will also serve as a client advocate with physicians and assist with inventorying and ordering medical supplies.

Clinical Requirements:ย ย 

We are looking for a home care RN case manager who is comfortable with theย following:

  • Provide 1-hour daily afternoon visits for med administration.ย 
  • RN Care Manager duties including advocating with doctor and staying on top of supplies
  • Provide in-home assessments for skilled and unskilled clients for additional clients if desired
  • Provide thoughtful care to patients and families based on a personalized Plan of Care
  • Monitor and respond to changes in the patientโ€™s conditions and needs
  • Supervise nursing assistants and caregivers
  • Provide care coordination with other BrightStar Care and outside professional care teams
  • Proactively update patientsโ€™ families on plan of care, health changes, and concerns
  • Work well in with a care team environment as well as independently on their own in the field
  • Time and priority management skills balancing field and office duties
  • Leadership and mentoring skills

  • Current unrestricted RN license in Utah
  • Certified CPR and negative TB skin test or chest x-ray
