Travel Registered Nurse โ RN
Schedule - Weekend requirement: every other weekend - Holiday coverage: expected to work one major holiday if it falls during the assignment; expected to work two out of three major holidays.
Assignment Details - Orientation: 12 hours (number of non-billable orientation hours varies by contract length) - Patient ratios: 5:1 (days, nights, weekends) - Guaranteed Hours: Not specified
Requirements - RN licensure required at time of submission (GA or Compact) - Minimum 1 year RN experience - Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, PALS, TNCC - EMR: Epic
Roles & Responsibilities - Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients across various age groups, including neonates, infants, pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics. - Monitor patient conditions and administer medications as prescribed. - Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient care. - Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in the electronic health record system. - Educate patients and families about health conditions and treatment plans.
Compliance / Notes - All requested time off (RTO) must be finalized at time of submission; maximum RTO is 7 days per contract. - Full compliance required to start on time; noncompliance may delay start by approximately 2 weeks. - Must complete core compliance items/labs within 48 hours of contract signing.
