Part- Time Weekend RN Supervisor Join Our Dedicated Team!

Are you a compassionate and experienced RN looking for a leadership role in a supportive environment? We are seeking a Weekend RN Supervisor to oversee nursing operations, ensure high-quality resident care, and support our dedicated clinical team. A minimum of eight hours both Saturday and Sunday. Hours are flexible.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee nursing staff and provide guidance on resident care.

  • Ensure compliance with CMS and facility policies.

  • Support staff with clinical decision-making and problem resolution.

  • Monitor resident conditions, assist with emergency interventions, and document appropriately.

  • Foster a positive and collaborative environment for nurses and CNAs.

    Requirements

    Valid RN license in Oklahoma or Compact State license.
    Supervisory or leadership experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting a plus but not required.
    Strong knowledge of regulatory standards and best practices.
    Ability to assess, coordinate, and lead nursing operations efficiently.
