Weekend Registered Nurse

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Weekend Registered Nurse to join our team at Warren Nursing & Rehab in Warren, OH. As a member of our weekend team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and support to our residents. Responsibilities

  • Provide direct patient care to residents across various levels of care, including skilled nursing and rehabilitation services

  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive care plans

  • Monitor and report changes in resident condition to the nursing team and physician
