Registered Nurse (RN) - Erie, Pennsylvania - Join the Walnut Creek Nursing and Rehab Team! Monday thru Friday 2nd or 3rd Shift 8hr or 12 hr shifts available. No weekends!!

As a Registered Nurse (RN) at Walnut Creek Nursing and Rehab, you will have the opportunity to work in a state-of-the-art, 115-bed skilled nursing facility in beautiful Erie, Pennsylvania. About the Role:

In this full-time position, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care, assessing residents' needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and collaborating with other members of the healthcare team.
