Job description
Ridg-U-Rak, Inc. is currently seeking Welders for 2nd shift to join our team in North East, Pennsylvania. This position pays a competitive starting base pay plus incentive (piecework). Average piecework incentive can be at minimum 30% or more per hour.
Responsibilities:
- Must have a basic knowledge of MIG Welding
- Must be familiar with and have an understanding of blueprints and weld symbols
- Be familiar with measuring instruments
- Must be able to maintain quality production standards
- Be responsible for assuring all safety equipment is in place and being properly used
- Must be dependable and punctual
- Must maintain a clean and orderly work area
- Some heavy lifting as required
- Other duties as required
