  • Read and interpret measurements using a standard tape measure.
  • Execute basic math calculations for accurate fabrication.

  • Maintain a safe and efficient work environment in a manufacturing setting.
Requirements:
  • Welding Skills: Must demonstrate proficiency in welding and pass a welding test.
  • Mechanical Aptitude: Strong ability to understand and work with mechanical system and tools.
  • Measurement and Math Skills: Ability to read a standard tape measure, perform basic math calculations, and read/write effectively.
  • Work Environment Adaptability: Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled environment with moderate to loud noise levels.
  • Aluminum Welding Experience (preferred): Prior experience with aluminum welding is a plus.
  • Relatable Experience (preferred): Completion of welding classes or prior welding experience is a plus.
