Now, we're looking for B-Pressure Rig Welders who want to join a crew where your skills are valued, your growth is supported, and your expertise helps strengthen everyone around you. 

FLINT is seeking Journeyperson Rig Welders with Carbon Steel & Stainless Steel pipe experience for a temporary position in Clairmont, AB starting ASAP. In this position, you will enjoy a 12 Days In & 2 Days Out schedule, 10-hour workdays, and benefits after 300+ hours worked. 

This position does not include camp accommodations, living out allowance, or travel allowance. Therefore, it is best suited for local candidates; however, those willing to travel or relocate at their own expense are also encouraged to apply. 

Qualifications
  • Minimum 4 years’ experience in Stainless and/or Carbon Steel Pipe welding. 
  • Valid Journeyperson Welder certificate/ticket. 
  • Meet minimum mandatory safety ticket requirements: 
    • WHMIS 
  • Possess the mandatory welding tickets: 
    • B-Pressure 
    • Class-A 
    • CWB 
    • FCAW/MCAW 
  • Must have a fully equipped welding truck with valid registration and insurance. 
  • Physically capable of performing demanding job tasks in various work conditions. 
  • Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication required. 

Additional Information

This position has been identified as a safety sensitive position and will require completion of drug and alcohol testing.
