  • Project Coordination – Track schedules, budgets, and deliverables to ensure smooth progress from early design through construction.
  • Collaboration – Work side-by-side with engineers, project managers, builders, and clients to produce integrated, constructible designs.
  • Site & Field Work – Conduct site visits, provide construction-phase support, and solve design challenges in real time.
  • Design-Build Impact – Contribute to a team that not only designs, but builds — giving your work a direct, tangible legacy.

What You Bring

  • Mid-to-senior level experience in architectural design, detailing, and project management.
  • 4+ years of proficiency in Autodesk Revit.

  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset that thrives in fast-paced, dynamic settings.

  • Sitting (or driving) in a normal seated position for extended periods of time.
  • Reaching by extending hand(s) or arm(s) in any direction.

  • Ability to see within normal parameters.
  • Ability to hear within normal range.
  • Ability to move about a construction site including, but not limited to: climbing ladders and scaffolds, and walk over uneven terrain.

Perks & Benefits

  • Comprehensive health, dental and vision insurance
  • $15,000 life insurance policy
  • 401(k) with company match
  • Fitness and wellness membership allowance
  • Paid holidays
