Job Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop architectural designs and project documentation for various project types.

• Collaborate with project teams throughout design and construction phases.

• Prepare presentations, drawings, and design deliverables.

• Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, and clients.

• Support project execution while maintaining quality and schedule requirements.

• Utilize Revit and Adobe Creative Suite for design and documentation tasks.

• Contribute to multifamily, hospitality, retail, and adaptive re-use projects.

• Work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

• Maintain strong communication and presentation standards.

Qualifications and Certifications

• Architectural degree from an accredited college or university.

• 5+ years of professional architectural experience.

• Experience in multifamily projects preferred.

• Professional architectural licensure required.

• LEED certification or demonstrated progress toward completion preferred.

• Proficiency in Revit and Adobe Creative Suite.

• Excellent verbal, graphic, and presentation skills.

• Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
