What You'll Do
  • Commission high-precision automated manufacturing equipment
  • Perform machine startup, debugging, testing, and validation
  • Troubleshoot electrical, PLC, HMI, servo, pneumatic, and mechanical systems
  • Work alongside customers during installation and production launch
  • Verify machine performance meets engineering specifications
  • Support FAT and SAT activities
  • Provide operator and maintenance training
  • Document startup activities and service reports
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Controls, Mechanical Assembly, and Project Management teams
  • Identify process improvements to improve machine performance and reliability

What We're Looking For
  • 2+ years of commissioning, field service, controls, automation, or machine build experience
  • Ability to read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings
  • Experience troubleshooting industrial automation equipment
  • PLC knowledge (Siemens or Allen-Bradley preferred)
  • Mechanical aptitude with strong problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable working independently at customer facilities
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Valid driver's license and passport (or ability to obtain one)
