• Conduct initial assessments and comprehensive evaluations to create personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique circumstances and needs.
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, families, and groups, enhancing their coping skills and emotional resilience.
• Utilize a range of therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy, all adapted to suit specific clients’ requirements.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers to ensure holistic, integrated care for clients.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records, staying compliant with ethical guidelines and legal regulations inherent to counseling practice.

Your clients will encompass a wide range of backgrounds and experiences, including those dealing with trauma, substance abuse, family dynamics, and relationship challenges. • A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• Current, unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Pennsylvania.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience providing counseling, preferably in a clinical environment.
• Strong understanding of ethical guidelines and legal regulations pertinent to counseling practice.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an emphasis on developing rapport and trust with clients from varied backgrounds.
