• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments, gathering relevant information about clients' mental health concerns, strengths, and available resources.
• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-focused therapy.
• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans, meticulously outlining goals and specific interventions for each client.
• Facilitate group therapy sessions and psychoeducational workshops that address various mental health topics, offering clients support and community.
• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated, holistic treatment for clients.
• Perform crisis intervention and risk assessments as needed, ensuring client safety and effective intervention strategies.
