This position is designed for professionals who are self-motivated and wish to work in a remote setting, with regular business hours from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. While the majority of your work will be conducted remotely, occasional weekend and evening hours may be required to accommodate client schedules. • Conduct thorough clinical assessments for clients, establishing personalized and client-centered treatment plans grounded in evidence-based practices.
• Utilize various therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to implement effective interventions that facilitate client recovery.
• Maintain meticulous clinical records in accordance with HIPAA and other compliance regulations, ensuring confidentiality and ethical management of patient information.
• Collaborate actively with a multidisciplinary treatment team comprising psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to enhance the holistic care of clients.
• Participate in regular case consultations and peer review meetings, sharing insights and strategies with colleagues to continuously improve the quality of care.
• Educate clients and their families about mental health issues, treatment options, and community resources, empowering them in their recovery journey.
• Engage in professional development by staying informed of the latest research and trends in mental health treatment.

In this role, you will work with a diverse array of clients facing various mental health challenges, including trauma, anxiety, and depression. Our clinic caters to individuals from different backgrounds, emphasizing the importance of culturally competent care to address unique needs effectively. You will guide clients towards resilience and empowerment, helping them cultivate skills for long-term mental health and wellbeing.

• A completed Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• An active license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) within Texas.
• Expertise in solution-focused psychotherapy interventions, enabling you to develop and implement tailored treatment plans.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, essential for building therapeutic rapport and providing clear guidance to clients.
