Job Overview

Nikkiso Clean Energy & Industrial Gases Group is searching for an experienced Project Manager who will work closely with Nikkiso CE&IG department leaders, Functional Units, external vendors and consultants and teams to plan, align, develop and implement enterprise platform projects around the world. This position will be based in Southern California. 

The successful candidate will be a self-driven, experienced, motivated leader with multiple years of experience implementing Salesforce and other Enterprise Applications across complex organizations.This senior level role will require strong project management, expert-level communication skills, the ability to influence stakeholders, and operate effectively under pressure to meet project deadlines. 

The Project Manager plans, directs, and coordinates activities of projects to ensure that objectives are accomplished within established specifications, schedules, and budgets. 

The Project Manager III position is based in Southern California and offers a hybrid work schedule, with approximately 30% travel required.

Salary Range: $77,000 - $138,000

Responsibilities
  • Responsibilities 

    • Lead enterprise CRM and digital platform implementation projects, including customer service, sales, and other business applications; experience with Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365, or similar CRM platforms is a plus. 

    • Oversee the full project lifecycle from initiation through deployment, including planning, resource management, risk mitigation, issue resolution, and change management. 

    • Develop, manage, and monitor enterprise project budgets, forecasts, and financial performance. 

    • Partner with executive sponsors and senior business leaders to provide project governance, status updates, and strategic decision support. 

    • Develop and execute communication, organizational change management, and training plans to drive user adoption and business readiness. 

    • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define project objectives, establish success criteria, and track key milestones and deliverables. 

    • Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to procure and manage the resources, software, and services required to support project execution. 

    • Operate within the PMO governance framework while contributing to the continuous improvement of project management standards, methodologies, and best practices. 

Qualifications
  • 2+ years of Salesforce project implementations is a must
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or equivalent. 
  • 7+ years of project management experience
  • 5+ years leading project management initiatives and teams at international, matrixed organizations
  • Clear technical knowledge related to data integration, testing and deployment
  • Specific experience with Salesforce and OneStream migration and implementation
  • Expert communicator who can simplify and convey complicated information to all stakeholders
  • Leadership skills to support and motivate team members
  • Organizational skills to keep track of multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Problem-solving skills to help identify opportunities and overcome challenges
  • Agile and flexible approach to work without losing focus on the end goal
  • High level of collaboration and influencing skills - must be a people person
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure
  • Familiarity of data protection and privacy regulations around the world
  • Extensive MS Office, MS Project, and Smartsheet application experience.
