Job description

  • Manager: Kathy Guthrie, IT Manager for software asset management
  • PM to help with running a governance board (ServiceNow Governance)
  • Remote OK
  • High level executive area, ability to work with executive leadership (VPs, SVP, CIO)
  • Help manage their schedules, time, responses
  • ServiceNow go live is sept 5th
  • Salepoint experience is nice to have
  • Not a very technical position
  • Calendar invites to make sure all correct players are in room, are on invites and working through questions to executives and responding back
  • Not standing up governance board but assisting Kathy to get people involved and stand up
  • Anyone that has a PM background that can stand up processes, governance not required
  • More of a PMO role
  • Highly visible role, needs to feel comfortable interfacing with executives
  • Governance and project managing the governance
