YOUR ROLEย 

The Implementation Engineer will support the implementations of new clients and new facilities in CEVA Contract Logistics network.ย ย The Engineer will be responsible for maintaining layouts, ensuring facilities readiness actions are completed, tracking capital investments, and implementing CEVA LEAN and Continuous Improvement Engineering standards.ย ย The Engineer will collaborate with the Implementation project team and local Operations & Facilities teams to ensure all actions are completed on-time and in budget.ย ย 

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?ย ย 
ย ย 

  • Support site setup, facility outfitting, layout execution and process optimization activities in theย fulfillmentย center.ย ย 
  • Collaborate with Solution Design and local Operations & Facilities teams to define facility layouts & racking elevations changes.ย ย ย 
  • Maintain AutoCAD layouts.ย ย ย 
  • Implement CEVA standards related to LEAN, Continuous Improvement, Tier Boards, and KPIs.ย ย 
  • Partner with the Operations team to propose process optimization projects improve efficiency, safety, & quality, ensure successful execution of projects ย ย ย 
  • Observe operations and ensure Work Instructions are adhered to and reflective of the actual process.ย ย 
  • Partner with Project Management and Procurement to ensure equipment and supplies are ordered, tracked, delivered, and implemented on-time and onย budget..ย ย ย

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR ?
Education & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
  • 4-6 years of experience in warehouse or order management process design and implementation.
  • Strong familiarity with Manhattan WMS and/or OMS platforms.
  • Experience working in 3PL, distribution, or fulfillment environments required.
  • Experience in cross-functional deployment teams preferred.
Skills & Competencies
  • Strong analytical and process mapping skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.
  • Self-directed and organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience with documentation tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart, Confluence, MS Office).
  • Willingness to travel to deployment sites as needed.
