Job Description:Seeking a Staff Software Engineer to lead the design, development, and evolution of scalable enterprise software systems that support critical business operations. This role serves as a senior technical leader responsible for architecture, engineering standards, and delivering secure, reliable, and high-performing applications across multiple initiatives.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of complex software systems and applications
  • Collaborate with product, architecture, and engineering teams to define technical solutions
  • Mentor junior and mid-level engineers through code reviews and technical guidance
  • Drive software engineering best practices, standards, and process improvements
  • Design scalable, maintainable, and secure application architectures

Requirements:

  • Must-Haves:
