In this full-time position, you will focus on providing high-quality mental health support to individuals dealing with mood disorders, including depression, bipolar disorder, and anxiety-related conditions. Your expertise will help foster meaningful improvements in our clients' mental wellness and overall quality of life.

Work Environment

This position is fully remote, allowing for flexibility in your work schedule while ensuring you can comfortably provide care from your home environment. Our telehealth facility is equipped with the latest technology to facilitate effective virtual sessions, fostering a collaborative atmosphere among our therapists and clients. Our work hours are Monday through Friday, from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, with occasional evening and weekend hours on a rotational basis to accommodate clients’ schedules.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand clients' symptoms related to mood disorders, including evaluating severity, frequency, and duration.
  • Collaborate closely with clients to create personalized treatment plans that incorporate their individual needs, goals, and preferences.
  • Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to provide effective interventions.
  • Offer education and ongoing support to clients and their families regarding mood disorders, treatment possibilities, and strategies for self-care.
  • Monitor client progress throughout therapy sessions and adjust treatment approaches as necessary to optimize effectiveness.
