The work setting is completely remote, providing flexibility and work-life balance while allowing our therapists to connect seamlessly with clients via telehealth platforms. While the primary schedule is Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm, occasional evening or weekend sessions may be required to meet clients' needs effectively.

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to understand clients' mental health needs and challenges.
• Develop, implement, and regularly update evidence-based treatment plans that align with the unique goals of each client.
• Provide individual, couples, and group therapy sessions, utilizing a variety of therapeutic interventions to engage clients effectively.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary treatment teams to ensure comprehensive care is provided, sharing insights and strategies to enhance treatment efficacy.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records, adhering to legal and ethical standards that govern mental health practice.
• Participate in regular clinical supervision, case conferences, and ongoing professional development to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.

Our clinic serves a diverse clientele, addressing a wide range of mental health issues. Clients may include individuals struggling with mood disorders, trauma, anxiety disorders, and addiction. • A valid license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.
• A Master's degree in clinical mental health counseling or a closely related field from an accredited institution.

• Strong interpersonal skills that facilitate building rapport with clients from varied backgrounds and experiences.

While a minimum of two years of experience in mental health counseling is required, candidates with additional experience treating trauma-related disorders and specific populations, such as adolescents, may be viewed favorably.
