• Conduct thorough assessments and screenings to identify clients' mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and other disorders, ensuring accurate treatment planning.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, employing a variety of therapeutic techniques to engage clients and promote positive outcomes.
• Work collaboratively with a team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers to create an integrated approach to client care, enhancing treatment effectiveness.
• Provide guidance and educational support to clients’ families, fostering better understanding and collaboration in the recovery process.

• A Master’s degree or doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or an equivalent field is required.
• Demonstrated proficiency in mental health counseling with specialized training or extensive experience in various therapeutic modalities.
• Solid understanding of evidence-based practices and the ability to apply these techniques effectively across a range of mental health disorders.
• Exceptional communication skills, allowing for effective collaboration with team members and the establishment of trust with clients.

• At least two years of post-licensure experience in clinical mental health counseling.
• Experience in conducting group therapy sessions and leading family support workshops.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and online therapy methodologies is advantageous.
