You're a hands-on mobile engineer with 4+ years of experience, primarily in React Native across iOS and Android, who's ready to step into (or continue in) a tech lead role. You've shipped commercial apps end-to-end, and you care as much about clean architecture and solid CI/CD practices as you do about mentoring the people around you.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the mobile development, providing technical guidance, mentorship, and support
  • Define and implement best practices for mobile development processes, code review, test strategies and CI/CD process standard.
  • Drive scalable and maintainable application architecture from scratch.
  • Collaborate with product and design teams to define technical solutions that meet business goals.
  • Ensure seamless integration of mini-apps and virtual currency systems with the Xsolla App ecosystem.
  • Work closely with global cross-functional teams, including developers, QA engineers, and project managers.
  • Partner with stakeholders to align technical strategies with business objectives.
  • Facilitate effective communication across globally distributed teams.
  • Oversee the entire development lifecycle, ensuring on-time delivery of high-quality applications.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • 4+ years of experience in mobile with a strong focus on IOS and Android platforms.
  • Proven track record of delivering commercial mobile s from concept to launch.
  • Experience leading and mentoring development teams.
  • Proficiency in mobile frameworks and programming languages - React Native primarily.
  • Strong understanding mobile architecture platforms.
  • Experience with third-party integrations and APIs.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a results-driven approach.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
