As a Remote Client Benefits Manager, you will supervise and guide the team to meet targets and support effective strategies through close collaboration with internal teams.

As the front‐line professional, you’ll help clients thrive with smart solutions, fast responses, and expert advice. This role allows you to support clients using innovative tools and platforms—all without needing to relocate.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide detailed explanations of policy
  • Assist clients with policy renewals, modifications
  • Support clients’ enrollment activity by updating and confirming information with accuracy
  • Maintain thorough and organized records
  • Participate in ongoing training to implement new sales strategies and to stay up to date
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure success

Qualifications:
