In this role, you will communicate with prospective and existing clients who have requested information about our products and services. Your responsibilities will include answering questions, providing information, following up with customers, maintaining accurate records, and guiding customers through the sales process while delivering a professional and positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with prospective and existing clients by phone, email, text message, and virtual meetings.
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information regarding products and services.
• Identify customer needs and assist in recommending appropriate solutions.
• Follow up with prospective and existing customers in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain accurate customer records and activity within company systems.
• Schedule and conduct virtual appointments as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or another customer-facing position is preferred but not required.
