  • Client Engagement: Build strong client relationships by understanding business goals, facilitating discussions, and providing strategic guidance on data and analytics solutions.
  • Business Analysis: Elicit, assess, and clarify business needs through stakeholder interviews, process review, and analysis to define project objectives and solution requirements.
  • Solution Translation: Translate business needs into clear functional requirements, user stories, and technical specifications that guide solution design and development.
  • Solution Oversight: Oversee solution design and delivery to ensure technical approaches align with business objectives, quality standards, and user expectations.
  • Data Integration: Coordinate the integration of data from multiple sources, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and readiness for reporting and analysis.
  • Dashboard and Report Development: Guide the development of dashboards and reports that are intuitive, visually effective, and aligned with client reporting needs.
  • Training and Support: Facilitate knowledge transfer, user enablement, and ongoing support to help clients adopt and effectively use delivered solutions.
  • Quality Assurance: Review deliverables for accuracy, completeness, and quality, and address issues to ensure solutions meet project and client standards.
  • Industry Awareness: Stay current on data, analytics, and Microsoft ecosystem trends to inform project delivery, innovation, and strategic recommendations.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
  • At least 3 years of experience in project management, with specific experience managing projects using the Microsoft Data stack, including Power BI.
  • Strong project management skills with a track record of successfully leading projects to completion.
  • Excellent communication and people skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and team members.
