The Opportunity

Build the Future With Us - This is your chance to be part of a team that's shaping the world's infrastructure and communities. In this role, you'll apply your skills to cutting-edge land development projects, making a real impact where it matters most.

Located in our Edmonton office, you will join our established Land Development Engineering group. You'll deliver consultancy services for private sector clients on residential, commercial, and industrial subdivision and site servicing projects. As part of the engineering design and project management team, you'll collaborate with colleagues and engage directly with clients, consultants, and approval agencies.


Your Impact

  • Design and deliver innovative land development infrastructure solutions, including stormwater management, sanitary sewers, water networks, roads, and grading.
  • Collaborate with clients, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Manage contract administration and conduct field reviews for projects under construction.
  • Prepare technical reports, drawings, specifications, and cost estimates that shape project decisions.
  • Champion best practices and ensure compliance with municipal, provincial, and federal standards. 

The Skills That Set You Apart

  • A degree in civil engineering and registration as an Engineer-in-Training, Professional Engineer, or Professional Licensee (Engineering).
  • 3+ years of progressive experience in land development infrastructure design.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and working knowledge of AutoCAD and Civil3D.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage deadlines effectively.
  • Knowledge of local land development markets and established client relationships is an asset.

AB, BC, NT, NU, SK & YK: $77,400 - $102,500
MB & ON: $70,600 - $97,200
NB, NL, NS, PEI & QC: $69,900 - $92,900
