Thrive Mental and Counseling Center is seeking dedicated Licensed Professional Counselors (LPCs) for full-time and part-time positions. As a remote position, you will have the flexibility to manage your schedule, primarily working Monday through Friday for full-time roles or adapting hours based on team needs for part-time roles, with no weekend shifts required. As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Thrive, you will:

• Develop and implement individualized therapy strategies tailored to the unique needs of each client through thorough assessments and evaluations.
• Deliver a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy to groups, families, couples, and individual clients.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create an integrated approach to client care, ensuring the delivery of comprehensive mental health services.
• Maintain accurate and current clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards to provide the highest quality care.
• Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities, workshops, and training to stay abreast of the latest mental health research and best practices.

Your caseload will encompass a diverse range of clients, including those experiencing emotional distress, those recovering from substance use disorders, families facing challenges, and individuals navigating developmental disabilities. You will provide compassionate support tailored to each individual's journey toward wellness and recovery, fostering an atmosphere of respect and integrity in every therapeutic interaction.

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.
• Active, unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Oregon.
• A minimum of two years of counseling experience, preferably in a clinical setting.
• A robust understanding of legal and ethical guidelines governing mental health practices.
• Excellent communication skills that enable the establishment of rapport with diverse clientele.
• Proficient use of Electronic Medical Record (EMR) software and related technologies to effectively manage client documentation.
