Work Schedule: Full Time, 80.00 hours per pay period (2 weeks)  

Shift: Days 

Pay: 25.80 - 38.70 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience

This position is an onsite role and does not offer a hybrid or remote option

Summary:
Provides support to Purchasing team by performing various tasks associated with placing and expediting purchase orders, updating ERP system data, and contacting suppliers to ensure material delivery information is up to date.

Responsibilities:

• Enters tracking numbers and updates orders, helps requesting RMAs, and expedites late orders.
• Updates ERP system with lead times, confirmations, substitutions, and PO item changes.
• Requests order confirmations for PO's issued and escalates to appropriate buyer when necessary.
• Assists to resolve receiving discrepancies for buyers.
• Within scope of job, requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgement and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and take appropriate action.

Requirements:

• Minimum Required Education: High School diploma or GED.
• Minimum Experience: 2 years of relevant Supply Chain experience.
