Everbright Mind Care Recovery Center is seeking dedicated Licensed Mental Health Counselors (LPC, LMFT, LCSW) to join our team. This position is entirely remote, allowing you the flexibility to provide care from the comfort of your own home. Our telehealth facility leverages advanced technology to ensure effective communication and collaboration with clients and team members alike. You will engage with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, in a supportive and inclusive atmosphere focused on professional growth and development.

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments of clients using evidence-based practices to create and implement individualized treatment plans. Utilize your expertise to identify underlying issues and set realistic goals with your clients.
• Implement various therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused techniques, tailoring interventions to each client's unique circumstances.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential clinical records, ensuring compliance with federal regulations such as HIPAA. Your strong attention to detail supports professional accountability and the protection of client information.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic care. Participate in case consultations and peer review meetings to share insights and refine treatment practices, continually enhancing the quality of client care.
• Educate clients and their families on mental health conditions, treatment options, and available resources in the community, fostering empowerment and resilience in navigating mental health challenges.
• Stay abreast of the latest research and trends in the mental health field, integrating new findings into your therapeutic approach to ensure clients receive the most effective care possible.

You will work with a varied clientele that includes individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and other mental health challenges. Our clients come from diverse backgrounds, and we value cultural competence in addressing their unique needs. By understanding and respecting each client's individual journey, you will contribute to their healing process and support them in achieving their mental health goals.

• A master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• An active license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Arizona, reflecting your professional commitment to the field.
• Demonstrated expertise in solution-focused psychotherapy techniques, illustrating your ability to cater treatment plans to the unique needs of each client.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, enabling you to effectively build therapeutic relationships with clients and team members.
• Proficient problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities, equipping you to navigate complex client situations and advocate for their best interests.

Experience with telehealth technologies and practices will be a strong asset in this role, along with familiarity with digital record-keeping systems. We offer a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 – 105,000 per year for full-time positions, along with comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance plans.
