Job description

We are expanding our Midwest regional division and hiring Class A CDL Company Drivers for our dedicated, out-and-back Reefer lanes. Operating smoothly across MO, IA, IL, WI, and OH, this division is designed to offer predictable routing, excellent weekly pay, and guaranteed weekend home time.


Compensation, Sign-On & Yearly Bonuses:

  • Weekly Earnings: $1,300 to $1,600 average weekly gross (processed via reliable weekly direct deposit).
  • High Annual Potential: Top performers utilizing our aggressive pay structures realistically earn up to $100,000/year.
  • Flexible Pay Structure Options: Choose between our top-tier CPM-based pay packages or Percentage-based pay options to maximize your earning style.

$2,000 Sign-On Bonus: Fast payouts to get cash in your pocket:

  • $750.00 on Week 1
  • $750.00 on Week 2
  • $500.00 at 6 months

Yearly Financial Additions:

  • $1,000.00 Annual Longevity Bonus.

  • Primary Schedule: Home every single weekend for a full, guaranteed weekly reset.
  • Alternate Run Option: Want to stay out longer and stack extra cash? Choose our 23 days out / 5 days off schedule.
  • Consistent Lanes: High-quality out-and-back regional lanes ensure you know your routes and arrival times.


Freight & Operations:

  • Equipment Type: Temperature-controlled Reefer freight.
  • Operating Area: Concentrated Midwest lanes covering MO, IA, IL, WI, and OH.
  • No Touch Freight: Keep your wheels rolling—100% no-touch freight.

Orientation:

  • Orientation Pay: $300.00 for completing the 2.5-day schedule (Monday – Wednesday).

Hiring Requirements:

  • Must hold a valid Class A CDL (CDL-A).
  • Minimum of 6 months of verifiable commercial driving experience.
