Job description

We are seeking experienced, dependable Class A CDL Drivers for regional and OTR runs utilizing Dry Van and Reefer equipment. As an Independent Contractor (1099) with our fleet, you have the flexibility to choose the home time schedule and equipment type that best fits your lifestyle and earning goals.

Compensation & Home Time OptionsReefer Fleet
  • Home Every Weekend: $0.68 per mile (Must reside within 100 miles of Chicago, IL)
  • Home Every Other Weekend: $0.73 per mile (Must reside within 101–250 miles of Chicago, IL)
Dry Van Fleet
  • Home Weekly & Bi-Weekly Options: Base mileage rate is $0.03 less than the posted Reefer rates above ($0.65 - $0.70 CPM).
Minimum Qualifications
  • License: Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
  • Experience: Minimum of 24 months of verifiable Class A driving experience.
  • Driving Record: Acceptable driving record with a stable employment history.
  • Compliance: Must have a DOT-compliant background and safety record. We can accommodate drivers who have successfully completed Step 6 of the DOT Return-to-Duty (SAP) process, subject to a comprehensive safety profile review.
