Job SummaryFox Subacute is actively seeking motivated Registered Nurses (RNs) to fill our final RN position at our hospital-affiliated subacute and ventilator care facility in South Philadelphia. This is a unique opportunity to work in a high-acuity, step-down–level environment while building meaningful, long-term relationships with residents.
Fox Subacute is the largest and oldest ventilator facility in Pennsylvania, providing specialized care to clinically complex respiratory and ventilator-dependent residents in a 53-bed setting.

Our Collaborative Care TeamWork alongside an experienced and supportive team of:
Cardiologists
Internal Medicine Physicians
Nurse Practitioners
Respiratory Therapists
Registered Nurses, LPNs, and CNAs
Key ResponsibilitiesProvide high-quality nursing care to ventilator-dependent and medically complex residents
Monitor, assess, and document resident conditions
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to deliver comprehensive treatment plans
Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and facility protocols
Maintain compliance with all state, federal, and facility regulations
Requirements & QualificationsCurrent Pennsylvania Registered Nurse (RN) License in good standing
American Heart or Red cross BLS/CPR certification (current or ability to obtain upon hire)
Ability to work 12-hour shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled
Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment
Willingness to learn ventilator care (training provided)
Reliable transportation to and from the Philadelphia facility
Education: Associate Degree in Nursing preferred
