Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Baker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in a professional baking environment, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of quality. This role involves early morning shifts to ensure our customers enjoy fresh baked goods daily.

Key Responsibilities:

• Production: Prepare and bake a variety of products, including breads, pastries, cakes, and other baked goods, following established recipes and techniques.

• Recipe Development: Collaborate with the team to create and test new recipes, ensuring a diverse and appealing product lineup.

• Quality Control: Monitor the quality of ingredients and finished products, making adjustments as necessary to maintain our standards.

• Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels of baking ingredients and supplies, placing orders as needed to ensure uninterrupted production.

• Equipment Maintenance: Operate, clean, and maintain baking equipment and tools, ensuring a safe and sanitary work environment.

• Team Collaboration: Work closely with other bakers and kitchen staff to coordinate tasks and ensure timely completion of daily production schedules.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of professional baking experience in a commercial or retail setting.
