School Based Health Receptionist
Job Type:
Based on a school calendar schedule
Job Location: Ravenna Middle School
Hackley Community Care is a Federally Qualified Health Center that offers integrated health services to the residents of Muskegon County and surrounding areas. HCC is looking for a School Based Health Receptionist to provide clerical support to our health providers.
Under the direct supervision of the School Program Manager, the School Receptionist is responsible for answering the phone, patient registration and demographic collection. This person will be responsible for updating insurance information, scheduling patient appointments, collecting information for documentation and securing consents. In addition to keeping schedules full, which may mean working patient lists and some outreach efforts as needed.

Job Qualifications:
  1. Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
