Receptionist / Legal Administrative Assistant

We are looking for an exceptional Receptionist / Legal Administrative Assistant who will serve as the first impression of our firm while also providing valuable administrative and paralegal support to our legal team. What You'll Do

Client Experience

  • Welcome clients and visitors with warmth and professionalism.
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls.
  • Manage the front desk and ensure our reception area reflects the high standards of our firm.
  • Prepare conference rooms and assist with client meetings.

Administrative Support

  • Schedule appointments and coordinate the firm calendar.
  • Process incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and office correspondence.
  • Organize files, scan documents, and maintain both electronic and physical records.
  • Assist with general office operations and administrative projects.

Legal & Paralegal Support

  • Prepare client engagement documents and legal forms.
  • Assist with document preparation, proofreading, and formatting.
  • Organize client files and supporting documentation.
  • Coordinate document signatures and follow up on outstanding items.
  • Assist attorneys and paralegals with case management and client matters.
  • Perform legal administrative tasks as assigned, with opportunities for additional training and growth.
