PATIENT EXPERIENCE

  • Professionally greet & assist patients at the front desk of assignedclinicaldepartment.
  • Consistently demonstrate concern and courtesy for colleagues and patients, following up with individuals to ensure satisfaction with the level of service expected.

PATIENT RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Accurately gather/update update patient accounts.
  • Resolve patient inquiries and concerns and/or provide support in connecting patients to department or party who can provide resolution.
  • Review appointment book in support of maintaining productive & efficient patient flow.
  • Dedication to learning and professional development.
