Common challenges include adverse weather conditions, handling heavy or hazardous waste, and maintaining a timely route schedule. Effective communication with team members and supervisors is essential to address route changes or equipment issues promptly. Keeping up with safety protocols and using proper lifting techniques helps minimize injuries, while attention to detail ensures compliance with local waste management regulations.
