Role Description This full-time Realtor role is a hybrid position based in Huntington Beach, CA, with a mix of on-site client and property work and some work-from-home flexibility. Day-to-day responsibilities include representing buyers and sellers in residential real estate transactions, conducting property showings, preparing and presenting offers, and guiding clients through negotiations and closing processes. The Realtor will maintain up-to-date knowledge of local market trends, property values, and regulations, while building and managing a pipeline of leads through networking, referrals, and marketing activities.
