Are you an experienced Dental Hygienist ready to take the next step in your career? Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is partnering with a leading healthcare organization in Chicago, IL to find a passionate Dental Hygienist Manager who is committed to exceptional patient care and strong team leadership.
This is an exciting opportunity to combine your clinical expertise with leadership skills while helping shape a positive patient experience and supporting the growth of a dedicated dental team.
What You'll Do
As the Dental Hygienist Manager, you'll play a key role in both patient care and clinic operations by:
Leading, mentoring, and supporting a team of dental hygienists
Providing high-quality preventive dental care, including cleanings, periodontal therapy, and patient education
Monitoring daily clinic operations to ensure efficient patient flow
Partnering with dentists and clinical leadership to maintain exceptional standards of care
Coaching team members and supporting onboarding and ongoing training
Ensuring compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, infection control, and state regulations
Assisting with scheduling, workflow management, and quality improvement initiatives
Promoting a welcoming, patient-centered environment for every visit
What We're Looking For

Qualifications include:
Active Illinois Dental Hygienist license
Previous experience as a Dental Hygienist
Leadership, supervisory, or team lead experience preferred

Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced clinical environment

Pay Details: $41.00 to $48.00 per hour
