Overview
We're looking for a motivated, dependable, and patient-focused RDA to join our growing team in Cypress, TX! We're a close-knit, all-female team that takes pride in creating a welcoming patient experience while supporting each other and working together as a team.
What We're Looking For
  • Active Texas RDA license and current required certifications
  • 2+ years of hands-on dental assisting experience is required
  • Bilingual in Spanish is preferred
  • Knowledge of Eaglesoft software
  • Dependable, punctual, and accountable
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced dental environment
  • Positive attitude and willingness to jump in and help wherever needed
  • Professional and compassionate with patients
  • Team player who works well in a close-knit environment
  • Detail-oriented and able to follow through on responsibilities without constant
    supervision

What You'll Do
  • Assist the doctor during general dentistry, take dental X-rays and complete other RDA duties within your scope
  • Prepare treatment rooms and maintain proper infection-control standards
  • Maintain organized, stocked operatories
  • Provide excellent chairside support and patient care
  • Support the clinical team with daily office flow and other duties as needed
