Prüfsachverständiger für Lüftungsanlagen / RWA / RDA / CO-Warnanlagen (m/w/d)

Für unsere Niederlassung in München suchen wir eine qualifizierte Persönlichkeit als Bachelor / Master / Dipl.-Ing. (m/w/d) – staatlich anerkannte r Prüfsachverständiger (m/w/d) für Lüftungsanlagen, Rauch- und Wärmeabzugsanlagen (RWA), Rauchdifferenzdruckanlagen (RDA) und CO-Warnanlagen.


Diese Aufgaben erwarten Sie:

Durchführung von Prüfungen an Lüftungsanlagen, RWA, RDA, CO-Warnanlagen sowie zugehörigen brandschutztechnischen Einrichtungen gemäß Bauordnungsrecht


Durchführung von Ortsbesichtigungen, Auswertung von Prüfergebnissen, Erstellung von Gutachten und Prüfberichten


Eigenständige Kommunikation mit Kund*innen sowie Abwicklung der zugehörigen Korrespondenz


Strukturierte Einarbeitung durch erfahrene Kolleg*innen, um Abläufe und Organisation des Unternehmens kennenzulernen


Das bringen Sie in diesem Bereich mit:

Staatliche Anerkennung als Prüfsachverständige*r in den Fachgebieten Lüftung, RWA, CO-Warnanlagen oder RDA (einzeln oder kombiniert)


Freude an selbstständiger, verantwortungsbewusster Arbeit


Ausgeprägte Kunden- und Serviceorientierung


Sorgfältige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie Kommunikationsstärke im Umgang mit Kund*innen


Führerschein der Klasse B sowie Bereitschaft zu Dienstreisen
