We're offering a sign-on bonus of $2,500 to welcome you to our team!

Pay: Starting at $32.00

Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 9:00am-6:00pm

Are you a Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) who is passionate about making a difference in patients' oral health? Do you take pride in providing exceptional care and educating patients on the importance of oral hygiene?

If so, Dentistry for Children is the place for you! We're seeking a passionate RDA to join our team in providing top-notch dental care to our patients. As our RDA, you will have the opportunity to perform coronal polishing while building rapport with our young patients.

We want you to bring your passion, skills, and drive to help patients achieve beautiful smiles and better health while creating “wow” experiences at every visit! 


  • Must be able to work in kid friendly environment
  • Provides instrumentation by sterilizing and delivering instruments to treatment area; positioning instruments for dentist’s access; suctioning; passing instruments
  • Provides diagnostic information by exposing and developing radiographic studies
  • Prepares treatment room for patient by following prescribed procedures and protocols.
  • Provides materials by selecting, mixing, and placing materials on instruments and in the patient’s mouth.
  • Follow OSHA, Infection Control, and other standards for protection against blood borne pathogens.
  • Clean and sterilize all instruments following OSHA Guidelines. This includes: scrubbing the instruments, packing the instruments, running the instruments through the statim or autoclave

  • Graduate of an approved Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) program.
  • Current X-Ray certification in the State of New Jersey
  • CPR certified
  • Ability to work on children in the State of New Jersey, determined through national FBI Fingerprinting Background Check.
