No previous experience is required. We provide comprehensive training designed to support your success, as well as sponsorship for pre-licensing courses through Real Estate School.

Responsibilities
  • Consult with home owners to market properties
  • Guide buyers, assist in home selection
  • Negotiate offers for buyers and sellers
  • Host at least two open houses monthly
  • Keep accurate communication records
  • Attend in team training and mentoring
Qualifications
  • Earn real estate license in the states of Delaware or Pennsylvania within 90 day of joining
  • Track record of success in customer service, sales, hospitality or working with the public
  • Committed learner and growth oriented

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient with Google Suite is a big plus
