Responsibilities
  • Represent sellers in the marketing and sale of residential properties in the Washington D.C. area.
  • Conduct comprehensive market analyses to determine competitive listing prices.
  • Develop and implement strategic marketing plans, including online listings, open houses, and networking.
  • Coordinate property showings and communicate effectively with potential buyers and their agents.
  • Negotiate offers and contracts to achieve optimal terms for clients.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local real estate market trends, regulations, and financing options.

Qualifications
