We're looking for a motivated Customer Service Representative who is passionate about delivering excellent service and enjoys working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Pay & Schedule
  • $18.00 - $19.00 per hour (based on experience)
  • Monday - Friday
  • 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
  • No weekends!
What You'll Do
  • Deliver outstanding customer service by phone, email, and in person
  • Accurately enter and process customer orders
  • Assist customers with product selection, pricing, and product availability
  • Partner with sales, operations, and warehouse teams to ensure orders are fulfilled smoothly and on time
  • Handle returns, credits, and customer inquiries professionally
  • Build positive relationships with customers while providing solutions and support
What We're Looking For
  • Previous customer service experience required
  • Distribution, wholesale, or inventory-related experience is a plus
