Team Red Dog is hiring a Senior Analytics Engineer - Marketing & Growth Analytics (Minecraft) for our client, a data and analytics innovator and global technology leader. In this remote or hybrid (Redmond) role, you will design and build scalable data pipelines, robust data models, and high-impact analytics solutions that power performance marketing, AI/ML, and product insights. You'll work hands-on with modern data engineering tools (SQL, Python, Spark, Airflow) to transform complex data into actionable intelligence that drives business decisions. Opportunity Overview:

How you will make an impact:
• Design and develop scalable data models and pipelines to support analytics and machine learning
• Transform complex, multi-source data into clean, reliable, and usable datasets

• Build reusable frameworks and data infrastructure to improve efficiency and scalability
• Support performance marketing initiatives through high-quality data products and insights
• Analyze structured and unstructured data to drive informed business decisions
• Maintain high standards for data quality, security, and reliability
The expertise you bring:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 3-5+ years of experience in analytics engineering, data engineering, or related roles
• Experience building and maintaining enterprise-scale data pipelines using tools like Spark and Airflow
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Python for data transformation and automation
• Experience working with cloud data platforms (Azure preferred)
• Familiarity with DevOps/DataOps principles and modern data frameworks
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and translate business needs into technical solutions
